Change of Mind

Due to the collectible nature of our products, we are unable to offer change of mind returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at
josh@thecoincave.com.au

Upon return of incorrect or faulty items, where applicable, we will offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • A refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Condition of Returns

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With all original packaging included
