All orders are shipped from Australia.

We ship using Australia Post with tracking provided on all orders.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided by Australia Post and are indicative only. The Coin Cave is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.

Risk & Responsibility

All parcels are securely packaged. Risk passes to the buyer once the order has been dispatched. If a parcel is delayed or lost in transit, we will assist with enquiries lodged with Australia Post.

Optional Insurance

Optional postage insurance may be offered at checkout for eligible orders. If selected, insurance covers loss or damage in transit in accordance with the insurer’s terms.

If postage insurance is not selected, The Coin Cave’s responsibility is limited to assisting with enquiries lodged with Australia Post, and no additional compensation can be guaranteed for lost or damaged items beyond what is recoverable from the carrier.
